All you have to do during this 2~week period of loosing weight is ADD 5 HABITS~BREAK 5 HABITS AND ADOPT 5 BONUS HABITS....

Yes I finally recieved this diet book for review......How I pray this is the answer to my weight problem.....other than if i would just leave the soda and junk food away:))lol

I have read through this book to find it easy to follow.....Now that is my kind of diet.

I also recieved The Mayo Clinic Diet JOURNAL~

I myself am excited to start this journey of loosing some pounds and to keep track of the things I do during this is going to help out alot..
So I need to choose a day to begin my journey of this and when im finished I will be sure to come back and do my review....You won't want to miss this so come back now ya hear!!

I recieved this Book from Hachette Book Group awhile ago from a giveaway on a blog and I feel so bad because i do not remember which blog it was that i won it from! I have been busy but now that I am almost finished with the book I am going to get ready for a review! So stop on back for the review of "Permission Slips" by Sherry Shepherd!

After along wait and a busy schedule I have finally finished my review booksneeze:

Ryan Coe is a very talented photo journalist that has traveled the world. Lost since everything she once had has disappeared and changed. When she divorces and her boys want to live with there father she must give her job up for a smalltown job, that little did she know would change her life even more.

My Review:
I usually get into a book as soon as I open it but it took me a few pages before I was into and any action caught my eye. After finishing the read I was left wanting to know more of the story and characters, but in all the anticipation of getting through it was well worth the preservation.
I think the good aspect of the novel was Ryan’s character, as she was real and not afraid to admit her anger. I thought her honesty was refreshing and nice. As the story got deeper into Ryan’s thoughts i became very interested in finding out what the end was going to bring.
There are two previous novels that i am very interested into reading just to get a touch of the back story alittle bit.
The authors wrote this very well and with such a powerful story with compelling situations and lots of humor, it gave me the reader some thought provoking questions on love, sacrifice and patiences.

I’d recommend this to any reader who loves contemporary fiction

I have been reading but not to much blogging....My daughter is due to have her baby anytime now and my husband has surgery this week and homeschooling three teens oh my!! Wow....There are alot of good book Giveaways out there in the Blogosphere!! I have entered into alot of them and hope to see if Lady Luck is on my side and I win something. I haven't got to read much today as yesterday was kinda crazy for me and I have been trying to catch up on my rest:) I plan to make atrip to the library tonight and grab me a few books that I have seen on others and i just can't resist not getting them. Just hopefully they are checked in!

2- You can read anywhere from 1 to 5 books for the challenge and, of course, if you're like me, you are more than welcome to surpass that number.

3- And now, here's the clincher... they must be holiday related books. That's right, the holiday doesn't really matter, but it would be more "jolly" if your choices were Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, etc.

4- The size of the book does not matter, nor does the genre. It is also okay for the book to overlap with other challenges. The only thing I ask is that they are not children's books. YA is okay. And so are re-reads. I for one tend to read the same books every Christmas - they are tradition.

5- To sign up - leave a link back to your challenge post. There will also be a post for review links as well as one for challenge wrap-ups.

6- And.... there will be goodies. That's right, we'll call them presents. At the end of every week that the challenge is running I will choose one winner from the review links and I will allow them to pick a book of their choosing (of course, I will provide a list). Meaning the more books you read, review and link up, the more chances you have at winning a "present".
